STEP 1: HOW TO REGISTER A FREE PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

1. Register at Paypal using the link below:

2. Click the Sign Up link located at the upper right portion of the screen.
3. Change your country to Philippines
4. Choose a Personal Account
5. Fill-up form and click Agree and Create Account
6. Follow Easy Instructions afterwards.

NOTE: Skip niyo lang po yung part na pinapa-enter yung
Credit Card info sa Paypal.

How to Access your Paypal Account:
1. Go to https://www.paypal.com/
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click Log-in then you will now be directed to your account.

STEP 2: HOW TO APPLY FOR A SMART MONEY CARD:

1: Activate your Smart Money Account via your SMART mobile phone.

Option No.1:
(1) Text MONEY to 343
(2) Enter desired W-PIN (6 digits)
(3) Re-enter W-PIN, Press OK
(4) Choose "Get Account" Press OK
(5) Select BDO
(6) Wait for you confirmation message

Option No.2:
(1) Go to SMART MENU and select SMART MONEY
(2) Choose any transaction
(3) Follow steps 2 to 6 above.

2: Once you have successfully activated your "Smart Money Account"
Please go to the Nearest Smart Wireless Center at your Place

And submit the following:
(1) A completely filled up SMART MONEY application form
(2) Photocopy of a VALID ID.
(3) Php 30.00 Processing Fee

*Photocopy of a VALID ID
For Minors: Photo bearning SCHOOL ID signed by the Principal or School Head
For Adults: Passport, Drive's License, PRC Card, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance,
Postal ID, Voter's ID, GSIS e-Card,SSS Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, or Company ID

3: Wait for your card to arrive.
Wait about 3 days (if residing within Metro Manila)
Wait for about 7 days (if residing outside Metro Manila)

Once the Card has Arrived.
You can now use your Smart Money CARD
to VERIFY your Paypal Account.

STEP 3: HOW to make your Paypal Account Verified by using your SMART MONEY CARD:



(1) Please UNLOCK your SMART MONEY Card
a. Go to SMART Menu at your Mobile Phone
b. Choose SMART Money
c. Choose Card Mgmt
d. Choose Card Lock
e. then choose Unlock

Note: You will receive a text message that your card is now ready
for online purchases. Make sure that your Smart Money Card
is loaded with at least Php 200 for the Paypal Verfication Charge.

(2) Go to www.paypal.com

(3) Log-in to your Paypal account

(4) Point your mouse to Profile Menu

(5) Choose Add/Edit Credit Card

(6) Click Add a Card
>>> Add your Smart Money Card Details to your Paypal account <<<

(7) Then a Paypal Code will be sent to you via Text Message.
Message includes the 4 digit Paypal Code (EXPUSE)

(8.) Then Enter the Paypal Code to your Paypal Account.

Once approved.. You now have a Verified Paypal Account..
Paypal will add $1.95 to your Paypal account
from your Smart Money Card..
as a refund for the Verification process..
This will take about 24 to 48 hours..

(Then you can now Receive and Withdraw
your ONLINE MONEY using your Paypal Account)

Note: Old Smartmoney account number starting 5577 is not accepted to be verified by PAYPAL..
