GREETINGS FROM BICOLANO MUSICIANS ADMIN!

First of all, kudos to all of you for making this network a showcase of Bicolano talents..

However, we would like to let you know that before we reach the site's storage limit, we want to ask everyone’s cooperation when it comes to adding photos, videos and music files.

PHOTOS

We would like to encourage everybody to upload performance-related, if possible. Photos suggesting rude remarks or pornography will be deleted at once, without further notice. We would appreciate it if you resize your photos to around 100-200 kilobytes or KB, that helps in saving the network’s storage.

VIDEOS

About videos, performance videos or anything of you performing (even at home or infront of PC) are encouraged. In adding videos, we suggest everyone to EMBED video codes from Youtube or the likes. We all know how big a video file can be.  If you haven’t registered with Youtube, please create an account and upload your videos there. You can then get the “embed” code of each video and post it in our network.

We firmly discourage you adding MTV videos or videos not related to you and if you’re not the author/director/creator of the video. These videos will be deleted from our network during the next maintenance, as we want our network to be a showcase of YOUR talent. If you have any MTV or videos not related to you, please delete them from your account.

MUSIC

Bicolano Musicians is all about music and us. Although we have a big collection of popular songs (by different artists) in our computers and we want to share them to everyone, we will only allow maximum of 10 songs that are copyrighted by other composers/singers – which means, they’re not yours. This is to avoid facing a copyrighting issue that has been going on on different social networking sites.

Of course, we do suggest you to upload YOUR very own music whether be it own compositions or own rendition of a popular song (or what we call cover songs), only in MP3 format.
